Please allow 4 weeks for regular order, and up 8 weeks for custom order.

Over the course of time, body oil and skin products can collect on jewelry and leave a residue which can cloud stones. To keep your jewelry looking bright and new, take a soft  toothbrush with some mild soap and gently brush the stones and metal. Rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Steam cleaning works well, but do not steam emeralds or opals as high heat can damage these stones. For more on this please go to jewelry care

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Online orders will be shipped by FedEx priority, signature required.

Customers will receive a confirmation of order and tracking number. Special orders may take up to 8 weeks for shipping.  All packages are insured 

EXCHANGES

Items ordered on-line can be exchanged within 14 business days of delivery for a merchandise credit only . To initiate an exchange please contact sonia@soniatonkin.com to receive further instructions. All exchanges are subject to inspection and quality control before the merchandise credit is issued. If products are deemed damaged, worn or compromised Sonia Tonkin will refuse the exchange and the item will be shipped back to the customer. Please note that all exchanges are subject to a $15.00 return shipping fee. To be eligible for an exchange, the piece must be unworn, and sent back in its original packaging.
